Refunds, returns and cancellations policy




Refunds

If a session is cancelled by ActiFit, notwithstanding reasons below, and we are unable to carry the session over within the same term, we will offer a full refund for that session.

 

We cannot accept responsibility for cancellations resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, customer failure of carriage, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

 

In any of these instances we will, to the best of our ability try and reschedule the session where possible.

 

If your child leaves the school, or decides that they no longer want to participate in that club, and then a refund will be offered for any remaining sessions, however cancellation penalties will apply, please see below:

 

School/ Club Cancellation policy

 

If club is cancelled:

 

    Session 1 up to the day before session 2 - refund minus the first session.
    Session 2 up to the day before session 3 - refund remaining sessions minus 25%
    Session 3 up to the day before session 4 - refund remaining sessions minus 50%
    Session 4 up to the day before session 5 - refund the remaining session minus 75%
    Session 5 + no refund available.

 

The cancellation policy is applied in all instances. If a formal representation is made, the final decision is at the discretion of ActiFit Ltd.

 

If a course does not run due to low numbers, then ActiFit will offer a full refund.

 

Rebooking discounts will be deducted upon refund of a club as these are only applicable to full term bookings.

 

Fitness Class cancellation policy

    Refunds will only apply if at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given for the class or before the first instance of a course.
    If you do not turn up to a class booking or cancel with 24 hours advance notice or less, a ‘no show’ or ‘late cancellation’ notification will apply.
    No refunds will be given for ‘no show’ or ‘late cancellation’.
    If you arrive after the scheduled start time of a class, the instructor reserves the right to deny entry if deemed unsafe and another member may take your place.
    Free sessions using ActiFit Ltd stamp cards, must be booked in advanced to secure your space. Turning up without prior notice, your space will not be guaranteed and can be denied access.
